The government has started with their promise to carry out the dreaded Harmonized Sales Taxes. They say it will create jobs. Well this is not over yet, we will wait and see if it is implemented. If it does come through I sincerely hope it does some good to our economy. Can you imagine if it doesn’t?

The first two weeks of September in the Vaughan and sorounding areas of the GTA have proven to be on a steady pace upward in sales and increase in prices that Sellers are attaining for their homes. Wow people were thinking that prices would come down and there would be a resinding effect in the housing market.
Reports by the Greater Toronto Realtors show real figures of sales being 3361. Sale have increased by 23% by the same time a year ago. Wow and guess what the price of home in Vaughan and GTA have edged up 8% from last year at this time. Which brings the average of these sale to 393,819.
